Formerly a Commercial Director and founder of a multi-million-pound IT recruitment business, he has extensive experience in building teams, long-term client relationships and business communities. A trusted mentor and connector, he also leads The Csn business club. Outside work, Paul is a double World, multiple European and National Champion sailor.
