How we are organized
Engagements draw from three practices: model, protocol, and product. A lead from product stays on the account so the model work and the ledger work do not drift into separate projects.
We do not publish staff portraits or personal contact lists on this site. New conversations come through the studio desk, and the lead assigned to you replies from there.
Standards
How we judge the work
- A model is ready when the evaluation is repeatable and a person can stop it.
- A contract is ready when the tests, the pause, and the upgrade path are written down.
- A product is ready when an operator can run the unhappy path without calling the author.
