AI and blockchain studio

Build the model.
Keep the record.

Banafx designs and ships applied AI, blockchain systems, and the controls that connect them, so the software is something your operators can run.

  1. 01 Signal

A model proposes a next action, with a score and a reason.

  2. 02 Gate

A rule or a person approves, edits, or rejects it.

  3. 03 Record

The result is signed and stored where the right parties can read it.

Measured models

Every model ships with an evaluation set and a place for a human to step in.

Your keys

Wallets, admin rights, and upgrade keys stay with your organization.

One lead

A single person is accountable from the first workshop through handover.

You own the work

Code, prompts, tests, and runbooks are assigned to you in the agreement.

Practices

Two disciplines, one delivery team.

Most of our work sits in applied AI or blockchain. Some products need both, and we staff those as one build rather than two vendors.

Applied AI

Narrow models for reading, ranking, drafting, and watching quality. We integrate them behind your product, not as a detached demo.

Blockchain

Contracts, permissioned wallets, indexers, and the console your operators use when something needs to pause or upgrade.

Joined products

A model proposes, a policy checks, and a signature records the outcome. Useful when the audit trail is part of the product.

Patterns

The shapes we build often.

These are patterns, not a client list. We use them to explain the kind of system we are set up to deliver.

Operator copilot

An assistant drafts a next step inside a queue your team already uses. Low-confidence items wait for a person. Nothing sends itself.

Contract and console

A small set of contracts, an indexer, and an admin screen for roles, pauses, and upgrades. The console is part of the release, not a later phase.

Anchored output

A model result is hashed with its inputs and written to a ledger you choose, so a reviewer can reconstruct why the record exists.

Path

A short path from question to software.

You can stop, continue, or change direction after each step. See how we work.

  1. 01

    Frame

We write the decision, the data you have, the network if any, and what failure would cost.

  2. 02

    Prove

A narrow slice you can click through, plus the test that says whether it is worth building.

  3. 03

    Build

Production software, review, and a release check. Milestones stay small enough to redirect.

  4. 04

    Hand over

Runbooks, access, and a support window so your team can operate the system without us.

Questions

Before the first call.

What does Banafx actually build?

Working software: model workflows, smart contracts, indexers, operator screens, and the notes required to run them. We do not sell a slide-only strategy.

Do you start new networks?

Only when a public or existing network cannot carry the record you need. Most builds sit on a chain you already have a reason to use.

Who holds keys and model access?

You do. We can help you design the permission model and the break-glass steps. We do not keep production keys or private datasets after handover.

Who owns the code?

You do. The agreement assigns code, configuration, evaluation sets we create for you, and documentation to your organization.
