The scope of data

In order to perform contract we gather both identification data (including full name, ID or passport number) as well as contact data (phone number, email, address). We gather also data on your previous employment, education or additional qualifications.

We analyze some data (e.g. mini-surveys, comments) due to our legitimate interests, in particular to ensure effective cooperation with our contractors and to retain them for future projects.

Sometimes we might need additional data from you (e.g. related to your position) or information on third party (e.g. to sign them up for additional insurance).

We also allow you to interact with our employees and other contractors through our internal systems. The scope of the data may vary depending on the purpose of the platform, the specific interaction, and what you yourself voluntarily choose to share.

Recipients of the personal data

We might share your data with our clients or potential clients, business partners and entities that provide services on our behalf of and on our commission (e.g. entities providing email services, hosting, technical support, consultancy or audit services).

Sometimes we might be obliged to provide information to eligible authorities acting on lawful basis (e.g. court, prosecutor’s office, supervisory authorities).

If you had given consent, we may pass your data to your future or potential employer or business partner, if one requests such information from us.

After your trial period ends we will pass your data to the provider of benefits for our company (unless you let us know you do not want to participate in that programme).

If we have the opportunity to do so, after positive verification of our cooperation, we will pass on your data to the company handling benefits for our company (unless you do not wish to do so and let us know) and to other companies helping us with various promotional activities and contests.

Transfers of data to third countries

Some of our recruitment data is stored in systems delivered by other companies, located outside European Economic Area. In such cases we always execute the data processing agreement witch such companies based on standard data protection clauses in accordance with GDPR, or we base our processing on other legal mechanisms (like Data Privacy Framework or adequacy decision issued by European Commission).

Period of data processing

We will process your personal data until (i) you effectively object to such processing, or (ii) till the termination of the agreements, or (iii) as long as it is required by the provisions of the law. We may also store the data (or its part) for the purposes of establishing, exercising or defending legal claims, but no longer than 10 years after the end of cooperation.

We will process your personal data until you effectively object to such processing, until the contracts are terminated, or for as long as required by law. We may also retain the data (or part of it) for the purpose of establishing, investigating or defending against claims, for no longer than 10 years after the termination of the cooperation.

Data stored in our systems (such as your comments on posts) is kept for as long as we use those systems, including after your eventual departure from the company.

We process data processed on the basis of consent until the consent is withdrawn or until we no longer need the data for the original purpose.

Your rights

Due to the fact that we process your personal data you can at any time:

  • request access to your data and to rectify it
  • withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data by sending an e-mail to the following address: gdpr@future-processing.com, and request erasure of your data
  • object to the processing of your personal data, on grounds relating to your particular situation, which causes that you don’t want us to process your personal data due to our legitimate interest
  • object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes
  • receive personal data that you provided us with, agreeing for their processing or concluding agreement. You will get these data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and you can send these data to another data controller (right to data portability)
  • lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority if you think that we are processing your personal data with a violation of applicable regulations.

Necessity to provide personal data

Providing your personal data is voluntary, however refusing to do so results in impossibility to perform a contract or exercise additional provisions. It might also prevent us from realizing our legitimate interests and this in turn might have negative impacts of the work conditions we offer or will hinder the execution of contracts with customers.

Automated decision-making

We will not use your data for automated decision-making, including profiling.
